Account use

Each clinic representative may use a single workspace to manage patient automation. Sharing credentials is discouraged for security reasons.

Service commitments

We provide a polished automation experience but do not guarantee healthcare outcomes. Clinics retain operational control and must verify appointment details.

Subscription billing

Subscription terms are agreed at onboarding. Clinics may contact support to review billing and service level agreements.
